Viktor Pilkington This album really has it all. It perfectly portrays the 90's PSX Wipeout feeling while still feeling very modern and rich with content. It's not a pastische, it's a modern esoteric record to be enjoyed time and time again by the dual shock generation. Fit for introspective listening at home as well as footwork on the dancefloor. Favorite track: Disk Insert.

Wrllington I have no words to describe how perfect this album is for me. I’m in an abyss of eternal chills when listening to this album. I’m amazed at how much I can fall in love with a generation I never experienced. Favorite track: Isopod.

DJ Home Movies One of my favorite releases from Sven K, "City 41" mixes 90's beats and styles with PS1 vibes and sounds, bringing out the best of both worlds. Be it slow heavy hitters like "Halispolec", lightspeed tappers like "Setting", by themselves with lovely "Small Machines" or with partners for experimental "Facility", there's something for anybody who's a fan of good VGM or classic club. Favorite track: Small Machines.

The sort of music that is beyond time. The sort of music that you feel more than you hear. I love the fact that vaporwave/dreampunk projects like these have such extremely evocative aesthetics they directly fill your mind with sensations you didn't know you had. You'd maybe think it relies on that solely, but it's coupled with gorgeous musicianship + intense production ideas. The volume and spaces it creates just pull you in instantly whatever your initial mood was. Still stunning to this day. SUPRAQUENCER

each track uses the fact that its digital hardcore in its own unique way each time, rarely sounding similar to the other despite generally being noisy and in your face. i find this to be especially helped by Machine Girl's usage of unique samples or their own voices, which i can barely understand but honestly it really adds to the charm and aesthetic of this release. i know this album is 7 years old at the time of writing this, but it still holds up incredibly well.
